Reading Recap - June πβπ
June has been such a funny month for me - and thatβs even both the recent heatwave distraction has been factored in! Reading has definitely felt a bit more of a slog this month and I always seemed to have a deadline hanging over my head. What is surprising to me, is that my perception of how the month went and what actually happened are seemingly quite different. I read 9 books in total this month, of which five were from my TBR and four were ARCs. I am quite pleased at how much overall reading I managed as I felt I didnβt have as much time as I would have liked (says every single Bookworm absolutely everywhere!) Four ARCs actually is quite a lot in the wider context because I did less TBR based reading than I wanted so I can now see why it felt like so much more work. Interestingly, it is directly comparable to May and I am not entirely sure why it bothered me much more this month. Something to ponder for future planning!
